The announcement shows that the company signed a "Purchase and Leasing Intention Agreement" with Foshan Shunde District Poly Real Estate Co., Ltd. on December 26, 2019, stipulating that the company or its wholly-owned subsidiary will purchase and lease the property located in Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan City. Properties related to Building 2 of Poly Business Center at No. 8 Wenhua South Road, Dongping New Town, Lecong Community Residents Committee.
On September 9, 2020, Guangdong Mona Lisa Smart Home Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mona Lisa, and Foshan Shunde Poly Real Estate entered into an agreement on floors 23-30 of Building 2 of Poly Business Center (8 floors in total) The "Poly East Bay Business Center Office Building Lease Contract" was signed regarding the leasing of the office building (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Property"), stipulating that Mona Lisa Smart Home will lease the subject property from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2030.
Due to the actual operating needs of the company, Mona Lisa Smart Home, a wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased the subject property. On December 15, 2022, with the approval of the chairman of the company, the company signed the "Purchase Agreement for the Commercial Building (23-30 Floors) in Building 2 of Poly Business Center" with Mona Lisa Smart Home and Foshan Shunde Poly Real Estate respectively. "Supplementary Agreement 1" agreed to purchase the office building on the 23rd to 30th floors (a total of 8 floors) of Building 2 of Poly Business Center, with a total construction area of 11,178.48 square meters, and the total purchase price (including tax) was 102 million yuan.
