Q: Sharing design concepts of 4040 works
Deng Qing: This 850-square-meter three-story building is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu. It is the old country house of the owner's father. The owner's father was born in the 1960s and grew up here. Because the building is old, the owner hopes that the architect will completely renovate it. After reconstruction, it will still be the long-term residence of the owner's father, and it will also be the second residence of the owner and his family in their spare time. The inspiration uses dark green as a memory lead,“The living situation of three generations under one roof and the memory carried by the old house became the clues for the architect’s ideas. The dark green stool has been with the owner since childhood,The architect used dark green on the entrance wall and extended this color to the master bedroom on the third floor to express the "locality" of the design.

Zhou Yi:The target of this case is the historical site that was "destroyed by weathering" (the former site of Liu Yong Academy), and Dayi Design was also fortunate to be involved in a certain part of its history. How to retain its appearance in people's memory while stimulating its new vitality? This is the direction we are exploring. We dismantled the ancient wooden doors of the original building and sealed them in acrylic panels. The whole was supported by stone piers and arranged like screens on both sides. Deng Qing: Speaking from the product perspective, the meteorite that Mr. Nick mentioned just now is actually the best integration. He is the only one. Looking at the current Wuxi market, it is difficult to see the only product. Everyone has the same shape and the same material. In the end, the difference is only in service and price. At present, I personally don’t understand the product that much,but what kind of products I personally choose to place in my space, how to reflect the value of this space, the value of the owner and the way to express the design can ultimately form a Uniqueness rather than sameness.
Lin Kai: Now with the renovation of finely decorated rooms and the launch of the market, services with a stronger sense of experience are now launched on the market, integrating other surrounding building materials and integrating them into the overall design elements. Q: Kitchens are being redefined by young people. Their lifestyles are full of personality, fun, wisdom and convenience. Wang Ke:Currently, customers born in the 90s and 80s all hope to achieve the integration of space and space. It does not mean that the kitchen is only in one space. Yan Shihao: When I am doing design, I am very busy. Sometimes, the restaurant I think of is not a traditional restaurant. For most people, a restaurant The countertop only needs to meet a reasonable countertop height to facilitate maintenance. With the changes of the times,the concept of the restaurant may be weakened, but the function of the restaurant will be retained. The kitchen may sometimes be a work of art for some people.
Wang Yi:I mainly deal with commercial cases. Today I came to the site and saw so many styles of cabinets. I can’t give you much advice. As a 90-year-old, I In the late 1980s,my view of the kitchen was at least relaxing, and my life was lively, smoky, and full of the feeling of home.
