Q:Hello, Mr. Wang! I am very happy to have the opportunity to accept this exclusive interview with us. First of all, could you please share with us your entrepreneurial journey?

A: Our entrepreneurship can be said to have taken a long time. In 2011, for the home decoration industry, it did not have a relatively complete online promotion platform. We successively released some decoration products on the online platform. The case was the first to gain certain recognition on the Internet. Later, in some domestic forums, such as China Development or some domestic platforms such as the Psychology Alliance, we also began to stand from our own perspective and for the first time presented the city of Zibo to the scope of the entire domestic platform, so I think Overall, it is quite lucky to occupy this angel.

Why start a business? More than ten years ago, Zibo was a common marketing-oriented decoration company in the decoration industry, occupying the entire market. We considered ourselves a group of relatively pure people, and had been engaged in the related professional interior design industry. At that time, we also wanted to do it. A concept designed for customers in a real sense. Later, by chance, several like-minded friends decided to set up a company together.

Q:Every designer has a different understanding of design. How do you understand “good design” and what are its characteristics?

A:In fact, I think whether it is home decoration design or design in any field, its carrier and source are people or the product itself, so I think good design should first be It is easy to use and should be good for living in the house. Take ceramic tiles as an example. If a tile is very beautiful, but after using it at home for a month, it has a lot of scratches, or it causes many later problems, then I think it is not a good choice. A product is not a good design. I think a good design must first meet functional requirements, be satisfied with the product itself, and be satisfied with the convenience that people can use.

On this basis, it can have a very good appearance and expression. I think it is a relatively perfect design. Therefore, in general, design is not only a good expression, it should also be an invisible care. For us, the home environment can give me good feedback everywhere we use it. I feel like this design is half the battle. Secondly, it has good visual enjoyment, then I think it is a good design. First, it’s easy to use, and then it looks good.

Q: What do you think the evolution trend of living space is like? And what are the impacts on people at different stages?

A: Domestically, the development of the home environment is indeed a trend from complexity to reduction. We can think about our grandparents, or many of our parents, who lived in rural areas, because cities developed from rural areas. A living scene at that time was that there were many kinds of lifestyles in a few rooms or a large room. A family might be making dumplings together, watching the Spring Festival Gala, or there might be children playing nearby, or even a bed in the public area. Yes, it carries a lot of lifestyles in one space. At that time, the distance between us was very close, and the things in the whole space were also very rich. There were dining tables, beds, sofas, and TV cabinets. There might even be a stove, so the living environment in the past was really rich, but now it's very complicated. Now it has gradually evolved to the point where everyone has an independent space, an independent living room, an independent dining room, and an independent kitchen. In this case, the relationship between people gradually becomes alienated. Therefore, this evolutionary trend is formally From complexity to reduction, but from the perspective of us designers, we must deal with the dilemma of relationships between people, so I think this is still the overall trend. This is actually going from complex to simple, but the designer wants to go from far to near. Isn't he a little contradictory? In a sense, it is from this negative aspect, but from the perspective of our social development and our design concept, they should actually get closer and closer to each other and integrate with each other.

It is precisely because of the development of society that the intermediate environment is gradually separated, but we must go in the opposite direction to this design, that is, we must make the relationship between people closer and not mix up because of space. further. In fact, it is to let emotions fill this space. Yes, the space may become larger and more dispersed, but emotions will still be richly expressed in this space. We should not let family relationships and emotions become estranged because of more space in the situation. Instead, we should go in the opposite direction to bring them closer.

I think the level of living space design can be divided into four stages; first, the primary function of a house for residents is to live in, so the role of the designer is to make the house easy to live in. This is just like a doctor, we first need to diagnose the house, combine the household structure of the residents, use the requirements to find the problem, and then solve the problem. And this first level will also be subdivided into different levels, which is the designer's ability to find and solve problems. The more capable the designer is, the more comfortable the house can bring to the owner's life. Second, entering the second stage, we still use houses as metaphors for people. We beat people's bodiesTo create a healthy state, at this time we can focus on external beauty and start dressing, grooming, and makeup. We make houses beautiful through elements such as form, color, and material. Most designers will probably be stuck at this stage. The third is that higher-level designers will give the space more artistic expression and create a more artistic atmosphere. This depends on our designers’ own taste, understanding and absorption of art, which comes from what we see and gain. This is an important factor that can truly improve the quality of living and affect people's taste of life. The fourth is that good designers will inject culture into the space, making life more poetic, or enriching it with better visions and blessings, injecting magic into the house.

Q:What effect does a good living environment have on people?

A:First of all, we learn from developed countries. In countries such as Europe and the United States, their design industry development does not have as large a group as China, and there are very few people who specialize in interior design. That's because the environment that ordinary people have lived in for a long time, their artistic taste and aesthetics will be higher. Whether it’s from the way you dress or the way you look at things. There are many beautiful space designs abroad, which originated from ordinary housewives. From a domestic perspective, the supporting design products of the South, as well as urban planning and design, give them very rich resources to enjoy and experience. It can be said like this: Children in the city don’t need to irrigate, the flowers will bloom naturally. The soil for growth is really important. One side of water and soil supports one person. This sentence also applies to the smallest unit of home environment. Therefore, creating a beautiful living atmosphere is very important for people.

Q: From your perspective, what do you think the future design trend will be?

A:In terms of future trends, our domestic industry has actually developed relatively late, because our country is still a developing country in terms of education development. We can look at European countries. Their overall trend is actually from the very complex things in the Renaissance era to the minimalism of today's society. This is a development trend in our country in the future.

But like our traditional Chinese style, or some foreign classic elements, he will not say that they are slowly disappearing. They should become more and more rare. In fact, they will eventually become a luxury product and become It is becoming more and more expensive, but overall most of the style trends still favor minimalism. On the one hand, the current society is indeed very stressful, and our living environment is extremely complicated in terms of food, clothing, housing and transportation. We all hope that our homes can become calmer so that we can have a thorough understanding in our hearts. It is extremely relaxing, so I think the home environment will become more and more concise. But there will be some luxury goods, such as some classical elements and Chinese elements. We will regard them as a collection, because each of us has a certain area in our hearts reserved for this group of people.

Q:We all know that it is difficult to agree with others. A work often needs to strike a balance between the "home" of the designer and the "home" of the user. How do you achieve this? of?

A: Designers should actually learn to discover many things and elements from people. For our designers, design must be people-centered. What is people-centered? The first thing is to extract an attribute from the owner. The design and the customer should cooperate with each other. We must respect his living habits, and then find out from him what kind of things really suit them, without going too far. Subjectively, the designer must create what kind of work for the consumer. The space designed by the designer is for customers to live in every day, so they must be satisfied. Do not satisfy yourself and impose on customers, which is not people-oriented.

Q: What are your expectations for the development of the studio in the future?

A:In fact, in a city like Zibo, I think the design industry is actually developing very well, and is even leading in the province, because Zibo is a city with a long history and a long history. The culture of such a city. The overall spiritual level of our citizens is relatively high, because Zibo is an old industrial city and developed relatively early. Although the current economic development is slightly behind, the quality of life of Zibo people is relatively advanced, so it promotes our design industry. Continuously developing forward. At this stage, a lot of studios have emerged in Zibo, and the number of studios is already among the best in the province, so I think Zibo's design industry will develop very well.
