What does double-zero water absorption mean?
▲According to the latest revised "National Standard for Ceramic Tiles" (GB/T 4100-2015), the water absorption rate is divided into:
①Porcelain tiles (water absorption rate E≤0.5%);
③Stone tiles (water absorption 0.5%≤E≤3%);
④Stone bricks (water absorption 6%≤E≤10%);
⑤Ceramic bricks (water absorption rate is more than 10%), etc.
From the perspective of the new version of the national standard, the single-zero water absorption rate (0.1%~0.9%) that our ceramic industry usually refers to is between stoneware and porcelain; while the double-zero water absorption rate (0.01%~ 0.09%), which is a higher requirement under the standard requirements of porcelain tiles.
What does double-zero water absorption mean for ceramic tiles?
The double-zero water absorption rate is actually the water absorption of the ceramic tile base. The lower the water absorption rate, the better the waterproof and anti-seepage performance of the ceramic tile. This kind of ceramic tile is usually durable for a longer time.

Flexibility is a measure ofAn indicator of the load-bearing capacity of a ceramic tile. At the same time, the bending resistance also indirectly affects the hardness of the product. The higher the bending resistance, the higher the product density and the stronger the damage resistance.
What is the required bending resistance?
Want to determine whether the product's bending resistance meets the standard? Look at the modulus of rupture! It is a key indicator of the strength of ceramic tiles. Products with low modulus of rupture are prone to cracking during use. The average fracture modulus of porcelain is generally not less than 35mpa, and a single value is not less than 32mpa.
Laideli medium plate has golden ratio specifications of 400x800mm and 450x900mm. With a thickness of 7.5mm, it is better at "body management" than traditional mid-boards, is thinner and lighter, and is more convenient to construct.

How much wear resistance is considered qualified?
Wear resistance directly affects the service life of the product. The higher the wear resistance, the better the wear resistance of the product. my country's new floor wear-resistant revolution standard stipulates that the wear-resistant revolution number greater than or equal to 6,000 revolutions is the first-level standard for household use, and the wear-resistant revolution number greater than or equal to 4,000 revolutions is the second-level standard for household use.
Why can the mid-board be placed on the wall or on the floor?
Many consumers have questioned the mid-board: Can the mid-board really be put on the ground? In fact, the all-ceramic vitrified mid-plate has higher key indicators such as body water absorption, surface flexural strength, and wear resistance than many fully polished glazed floor tiles on the market.
