According to relevant documents previously released by Foshan City, the objects of this subsidy are production lines that have been transformed and have been produced using clean energy on December 31, 2020, with each line receiving a subsidy of 500,000 yuan.
According to the 2020 China Ceramic Ceramics Production Capacity Survey data jointly conducted by the China Building and Sanitary Ceramics Association, the China Ceramics Industry Development Foundation, and "Ceramic Information", as of the end of 2020, there are 39 building ceramics companies in Foshan with 195 production lines ( There are 189 ceramic tile production lines and 6 foam ceramic and roof tile production lines). Although the ceramics company has completed the transformation and passed the acceptance inspection, due to the nationwide gas shortage in the winter of 2020, full gas supply was not available, resulting in the fact that some of the production lines that have completed the transformation have not been able to actually use natural gas for production. Recently, Foshan ceramic enterprises have received notices one after another, requiring enterprises that have not officially burned gas to prepare. The preliminary plan is that starting from April, Foshan ceramic enterprises will officially switch to natural gas.
In this way, the clean energy transformation task of Foshan's architectural ceramics will be fully completed. It is reported that the current price of natural gas used by the building ceramics industry in Foshan is 2.6 to 2.7 yuan/m³.
