Through the independent development of sea and land integrated intelligent central control systems, When a typhoon approaches, it can switch to "smart typhoon mode" to achieve "unmanned" production during the typhoon, providing a new model for the intelligent and digital construction of offshore oil and gas field facilities.
Since the construction started in March 2022, faced with many problems such as tight construction schedule, many technical gaps, and difficult construction management, the project team has concentrated on scientific and technological research to overcome the cylindrical shape A series of difficult problems such as floating production equipment system design and high-precision construction integration have been achieved, and the independent application of 15 key technical equipment has enabled China to independently design and manufacture different types of deepwater oil and gas equipment according to different oil fields and different sea areas.
At present, "Offshore Oil 122" has entered the integrated debugging stage. After completion next year, it will be used in China's first deepwater oil field - Liuhua 11-1 Oilfield, standing at a water depth of 324 meters. The deep-water area of the South China Sea processes about 5,600 tons of crude oil every day, becoming another important tool for developing China's deep-sea oil and gas resources.
